"We liked the visual appearance of this quince bar with the pumkin seeds on top. The aroma was really enticing, reminding us a little of chai. We liked the texture and the surprising lightness of it given the visual density that looked a little like a flapjack."

The flavours are really well balanced, with pings of nut and fruit and seed coming through distinctly but harmoniously on the palate and we were also very pleased that the cinnamon aroma didn't translate into heavy-handedness in the flavour."

"A good iteration of a cereal bar, this packs real flavour, without being too sweet. The various nuts and crunchy elements come through distinctly and there is character as well as texture. The lemon cream was smooth, bright in flavour and well balanced with the other elements."

"A large bar with a lovely golden brown colour. When cut, it remained whole. On tasting we found it quite rich and heavy and the Tahini gave it quite a pasty texture. This is well balanced and not too sweet, which makes it feel like a delicious grown-up version of something middle eastern."

"A smooth bar with discernible nuts and seeds with a coconut oil aroma. Peanut butter cream is a clever addition and gives it a good peanut flavour and prevents this being too dry. Definite nutty texture with good distribution of ingredients and neither overly sweet nor cloying. An enjoyable bar."
